Manufacturer names and product marks belong to their respective owners. ## Text messaging program ### Program name DSC Alerts ### Program description DSC sends text messages related to service and project work. Depending on how you signed up, messages may include service appointment confirmations and reminders, technician dispatch and arrival notifications, after-hours and emergency service updates, inspection scheduling, and responses to requests you have made. ### Consent By providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages, you consent to receive the messages described above from DSC at that number, including messages delivered by automated means. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You are responsible for notifying us if your mobile number changes, and for ensuring you are the account holder or have the account holder's permission. ### Message frequency Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the services you receive. ### Cost **Message and data rates may apply.** DSC does not charge for the messages themselves. Your mobile carrier's standard rates apply. ### How to opt out **Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time.** You may also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, END, CANCEL, or QUIT. After you opt out, we will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages unless you opt back in. To opt back in, reply START or contact us. ### How to get help **Reply HELP to any message for assistance.** You may also reply INFO or SUPPORT. Or contact us directly at (713) 464-8407 or info@thinkdsc.com during office hours, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central. ### Carriers are not liable Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier's network and your device, and DSC cannot guarantee that any message will be delivered. ### Supported carriers The program is supported by major U.S. carriers. Carrier participation may change without notice. ### Privacy Your privacy matters. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. ## Service and project work Work performed by DSC is governed by the proposal, contract, or service agreement signed for that work. Those documents control if anything in them conflicts with these terms. Nothing on this site modifies a signed agreement. ## Disclaimers This site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. ## Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, DSC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or from the text messaging program, including lost profits or lost data, even if we have been advised of the possibility. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas. ## Changes to these terms We may update these terms.
